Description of Event: Crafts, Consultants & Food - Free Admission
Festival Information and Requirements:
Booth space is rental $30.00 ($40 after November 1, 2019) - Make Checks out to Grace Lutheran Church.
• Booths are 4ft x 8 ft; tables can be provided but must be requested for $5 fee.
• Electric access is limited; it must be requested at $5 fee; no internet access is available.
• Please provide a detailed description of the items and products (especially commercial products) you sell.
• Vendor check -in Nov. 8, 2019, 4:30-7:00 pm & Nov. 9, 2019, 7:00-8:30 am
• Booths must be set-up by 8:30 am.
• All vendor booths are to stay open till 3 pm
• Each vendor will receive a confirmation letter upon the receipt of their application and rental fee.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable.
• Vendor registration begins in July 2019; registrations must be in by November 5, 2019.
• All vendors are required to read and sign the waiver and complete a registration form in full.
